About the role

What you'll be doing

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Poland ever since we entered the market in 2018. We're now in 25 cities and continue to expand fast - with even more exciting growth ahead.

As we strengthen our presence in northern Poland, we're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager based in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Sopot to take the lead in driving restaurant and retail acquisition and growth in the region. This is a key commercial role, where you'll not only drive new partnerships with top-tier Merchants but also shape Wolt's overall acquisition strategy in Poland.

You'll work closely with our Account Management team to ensure we're building a high-quality, scalable Merchant base while maintaining Wolt's signature focus on quality and service.

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

  • Leading the end-to-end sales process for high-potential and strategic restaurant and retail partners - from prospecting to closing.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and categories that can accelerate Wolt's growth.
  • Managing and optimizing the sales pipeline, ensuring strong forecasting accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
  • Negotiating partnership terms with key stakeholders and ensuring long-term, profitable collaborations.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Mx Services, Account Management and Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and lasting partner success.
  • Using insights from data to refine acquisition strategies and continuously improve sales effectiveness.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within the food delivery, hospitality, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate insights into actionable business plans and execute with excellence.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A passion for great food and a deep understanding of the local restaurant and retail landscape.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
