1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and RemoteStack ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your use of the RemoteStack job board at remotestack.in and the AutoApply subscription service at remotestack.in/autoapply (collectively, the "Services").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete associated data.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or subscribing. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

3. Description of Services

RemoteStack Job Board is a free aggregation platform that collects and displays remote job listings from publicly available sources. Job listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

AutoApply is an AI-powered productivity subscription service that assists users in identifying, reviewing, and tracking job applications. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your resume and preferences, surface relevant job opportunities, and assist in preparing application materials for your review and approval.

AutoApply is an assistive tool. You retain full responsibility for any applications submitted on your behalf. You agree to review all application materials before they are submitted. We are not a recruitment agency and do not represent you to employers.

4. AutoApply Subscription Terms

AutoApply is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at legal@remotestack.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the period for which you have paid.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice delivered to your registered email address. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Responsibilities

By using AutoApply, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume and profile. You warrant that all content you provide is your own work and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Review and approve all application materials before they are submitted to any employer.
• Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform to which applications are submitted on your behalf.
• Not use the Services to submit applications for roles you are ineligible for or to misrepresent your qualifications.
• Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to harass employers, or to engage in any form of fraud.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We make no representations or warranties regarding employment outcomes. RemoteStack and AutoApply do not guarantee that use of the Services will result in job interviews, job offers, or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are outside our control.

The number of applications assisted, the quality of matches, and the response rates from employers may vary based on your profile, market conditions, and factors beyond our control. We commit to providing the service as described but cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish job listings from the RemoteStack platform without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or policies.
• Use the Services to upload or transmit malicious code or content.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services without our express written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on remotestack.in, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RemoteStack and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Services, including your resume and profile information. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RemoteStack and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or employment opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@remotestack.in. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
