Do I have to approve every application?−

No, and that is deliberate. You sign off on your resume once, at the start, and that is the gate. After that we apply on your behalf so you are not living in an approval queue. Every application is logged in your dashboard the moment it is sent, so you see all of it without having to click anything.

What does rewriting my resume for ATS actually mean?+

Structure and wording. Headings a parser can read, no tables or columns that scramble on import, dates in a consistent format, and the titles and skills written the way the roles you are targeting actually advertise them. What it does not mean is inventing experience you do not have. If your resume says Client Relationship Manager and every job you want says Account Executive, that gap is costing you, and it is fixable without lying.

Who rewrites it, a person or an AI?+

A person. Software finds the matches and drafts, but the resume work and the last look at each application are done by a human here. That is the reason the plan is capped at 20 applications a month instead of unlimited.

What if I do not like the rewrite?+

Reply to the email and say what is wrong. We redo it. Nothing goes out until you are happy with the version being sent, and there is no limit on how many rounds that takes.

Will companies know the application came through you?+

No. Applications go out as you: your name, your email, your resume. Replies come straight back to you.
