About You
You are a people-person with work experience and transferable skills in working in a client-facing role. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers and internal cross-functional teams) to service client accounts.

Responsibilities:
You will work with a dedicated team on assigned client accounts on day-to-day maintenance and support.
- Partner with the account team to professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Exhibit ability to manage high volume of incoming requests, communicate and prioritze independently as well as with the broader team to resolve conflicting priorities
- Manage requests for creative pre-ingestion, tracking set up/taxonomy, data questions etc. with the Customer Support team, follow up and escalate to manager as needed
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
- Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique and compelling insights for customers as needed
- Exhibit a passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV advertising optimization and research
- Proactively reach out to the account team to offer support when bandwidth allows
- Utilize appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to and resolve
