Refund Policy
Our refund policy for the AutoApply subscription service.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the AutoApply service at remotestack.in/autoapply. The RemoteStack job board is free and no refund policy applies to it. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment, provided that no applications have been submitted on your behalf during that period.
If one or more job applications have been submitted on your behalf within the 7-day window, the subscription fee is non-refundable for that billing period, as the service has been rendered.
3. Renewal Charges
Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If you wish to cancel your subscription and avoid the next renewal charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Any applications have been submitted on your behalf during the billing period.
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the initial subscription payment.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Renewal charges for any month after the first subscription month.
- Dissatisfaction with job outcomes, employer responses, or interview results, as these are outside our control.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at legal@remotestack.in within the eligible refund window. Please include:
- The email address associated with your AutoApply account.
- Your payment reference or transaction ID.
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve).
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing times.
6. Service Disruptions
If the AutoApply service experiences significant downtime or is unable to deliver the subscribed service for reasons within our control, we will assess refund or credit eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at legal@remotestack.in to report any such issues.
