UI/UX Designer (M/W/D)

About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, your main task is to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that increase user satisfaction and the user experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct research, and translate the insights gained into user-friendly touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• Support development teams in creating seamless and practice-oriented solutions
• Promote user-centered design principles
• Keep up with current industry trends to improve the overall experience and drive business success

Collaboration

You will work with various teams within the organization, including the communication team for UI/UX work on the website, the platform & data team for platform wireframes, and the platform development team.
