Technology Lead / Engineering Lead

About the Role

We are hiring a Technology Lead for a US-based company running a proprietary, AI-integrated SaaS platform in a regulated, healthcare-adjacent industry. The platform is built on a modern AWS serverless stack, and its AI/LLM features are already live in production — including LLM-based document classification and retrieval-augmented generation for decision support. The company is transitioning from a services business to a product/platform company and scaling its Poland-based engineering organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first dedicated technical leadership hire embedded with the Polish team (~15 engineers across backend, frontend, AI/ML, data, QA, DevOps, and design).
• Report to the company's part-time/fractional CIO, currently coordinating delivery directly.
• Take over day-to-day technical ownership of the team.
• Become the primary technical point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
