Responsibilities
- Balance the role of individual contributor while anchoring new projects
- Lead technical direction and mentor other engineers on the team
- Collaborate across the organization to help engineers think big and take risks
- Build a culture of diversity, positive energy and blameless truth-seeking
- Work with a diverse tech stack on complex projects
