Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Integrations is a natural collaborator with a deep experience managing complex cross-functional software development projects, coordinating business requirements across interdependent engineering teams, driving complex projects to completion on time and under budget, as well as possessing strong business acumen. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping, enhancing, and driving the development of Fluency’s platform in support of some of our largest customers as they onboard and rebuild their businesses on top of our platform.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and clients to identify opportunities, define product strategies, and deliver solutions that provide meaningful value to our clients. A successful Product Manager is the voice of the customer, translating their needs into innovative features and enhancements that solve real business problems and drive growth.
Your Role
- Work with prospects and new clients to learn about their existing advertising ecosystem to make recommendations for modernization and Fluency platform engagement
- Understand the AdTech ecosystem and identify opportunities to develop our product based on market and customer trends
- Communicate requirements and translate customer intent into actionable product development during new client implementations via technical work plans
- Work with engineering to develop and refine the technical work plan
- Manage prioritization and project timelines
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on status, blockers, and opportunities within key projects
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Leadership to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ongoing product evolution
- Conduct market research to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business goals such as lowering customer acquisition costs, scaling revenue growth, or accelerating revenue recognition
- Drive and measure feature-level user adoption to support iterative product improvement
- Lead the effective adoption of new products and features through established rollout plans and internal/external marketing materials
- Serve as an internal leader in identifying, articulating, and solving complex business problems related to platforms, systems, and infrastructure
