Spire Labs is building Based Stack—a rollup framework that lets apps launch their own Ethereum L2/L3s without sacrificing composability. We're a remote, venture-backed team of builders obsessed with making decentralized infrastructure finally feel seamless.

Role Overview

You'll contribute to the design and implementation of a rollup/appchain stack that leverages TEEs (e.g., SGX, Nitro) to provide cross-chain synchronous composability. In the medium term, you will also implement with ZK proofs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement rollup/appchain stack components using Rust
• Integrate and optimize Trusted Execution Environments (SGX, Nitro)
• Develop cross-chain synchronous composability features
• Implement zero-knowledge proof systems in the medium term

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Rust
• Experience with TEE technologies (SGX, Nitro, or similar)
• Understanding of rollup architectures and Ethereum scaling
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs is a plus
