The Role

We are seeking a highly technical Senior Software Engineer specializing in trading systems to support our Engineering efforts in Singapore. This team will primarily focus on the IntX product and collaborate with the US Trading team to define and deliver Coinbase's next-generation trading system for IntX. The role involves leading multi-quarter, cross-organizational initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality trading products that address both local and global customer requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the technical vision and execution of complex, multi-quarter projects across multiple engineering teams.
• Lead the design and development of mission-critical trading systems, including order management, execution engines, and reliability infrastructure.
• Partner with PM, Design, and other functions to align product strategy with long-term technical bets and roadmap.
• Deeply understand and influence our trading stack and product roadmap, identifying strategic technical initiatives.
• Mentor and coach engineers across various levels, fostering growth and development.
