Senior Product Manager - Design System

At Mindera, we are looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution and adoption of a Design System that supports consistent, scalable and high-quality digital experiences across Web and App platforms.

The focus is on strengthening shared design foundations, evolving visual guidelines and increasing the use of reusable components instead of individually built interfaces. The goal is to improve consistency, reduce duplication and help product teams deliver digital experiences more efficiently.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between Design and Engineering, ensuring the Design System meets the needs of different product teams while evolving in line with business priorities, user needs and technical requirements.

You will manage the Design System as a strategic product in its own right, owning its vision, roadmap, governance and adoption across the wider digital ecosystem.

We value empathy, self-organization, and a positive attitude. If you are approachable, communicate clearly, and believe that team fit is just as important as your product expertise, you'll feel right at home here.

At Mindera, we encourage the use of AI to assist with product management, analysis, documentation, and related tasks. We find that a person's product thinking, decision-making, and collaboration skills have the biggest impact on long-term successful delivery, with or without AI. Our goal during the interview process is to understand your knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and product mindset. If you need to, or plan to use AI during the interview process, please be transparent with us to avoid misunderstandings that could impact your chances of securing the role or your success at Mindera.

Expected to travel to the UK at least once or twice a month.
