Role Overview
As a Senior / Lead QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our decentralized applications. You’ll define and execute our QA strategy across Web3 systems, from smart contracts integrations to front-end dApps, while scaling automation frameworks and embedding testing into our CI/CD pipelines. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you’ll lead test planning and automation efforts, establish quality benchmarks, and mentor team members, ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of usability and.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall QA strategy, including automation coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks (web, mobile, APIs, and smart contracts integration).
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions etc.) to support continuous delivery.
- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for major releases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements.
- Build tools and processes for cross-browser, cross-device, and wallet integration testing.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices across teams.
- Mentor other QA engineers/analysts, providing guidance on automation, bug triage, and process improvements.
- Work closely with DevOps to strengthen release pipelines and quality gates.
