About This Role
As a Senior Institutional Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading complex institutional relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage of the client journey while navigating the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. You will deliver flawless service through proactive engagement, meticulous oversight, and a rigorous commitment to risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale complex, multi-entity relationships across segments including banks, fintechs, asset managers, and corporates, acting as the ultimate point of accountability for the client experience
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Coinbase Prime platform, driving adoption of custody, trading, staking, and stablecoin services
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries, driving rapid resolution by orchestrating seamless coordination with internal stakeholders
- Deliver a premium onboarding experience by managing operational integration in partnership with stakeholders
- Master each client's operational nuances to champion their requirements internally and influence product evolution
- Partner seamlessly with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Product teams
Work Environment
While this role is remote-first, in-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment.
