Senior Director Demand Generation

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Director, Demand Generation to scale our growth engine. This role is equal parts strategic builder and hands-on operator. You will create an AI-forward demand center built on experimentation, operational rigor, and measurable pipeline impact. Partnering closely with Sales and Leadership, this role will define how we show up in the market and ensure our customers understand the value of building trust and transparency into AI systems. This position will report to the CMO.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead a modern, efficient, AI-enabled demand center of excellence that scales with our enterprise growth.
• Standardize planning, execution, and measurement across segments and routes to market.
• Operationalize best practices from high-performing demand organizations.
• Establish an experimentation culture with clear hypotheses, instrumented funnels, test design discipline, and documented learnings that become repeatable playbooks.
• Embed AI across workflows to improve speed, targeting precision, personalization, and marketing productivity.
