About the role

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
  • Acquire and manage partners within your assigned territory and Ideal Customer Profile
  • Drive new partner acquisition through outbound outreach (calls + email) and strategic account development
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets
  • Execute ConnectWise’s value-based sales methodology
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Ensure deals meet pricing, margin, and contract standards

What Success Looks Like

  • Average deal size: $15K+ annual contract value
  • Annual transactions: Up to 85 deals per year
  • Sales cycle: ~25–90+ days
  • Consistent achievement of annual revenue growth targets
  • Strong pipeline health and forecasting accuracy

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology
  • Proven success managing full-cycle sales in a high-volume environment
  • Experience selling into or working with MSPs, TSPs, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with high autonomy
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • High activity mindset (comfortable with 40–50 outbound calls/day)
  • Adaptability to evolving technology and partner needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and drive consistent revenue growth
  • Experience selling solution-based or value-based offerings
