The Role

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to drive enterprise adoption of agent-based AI systems. This role combines enterprise sales & partnerships, workflow discovery & no-code solution design, and product feedback & iteration. You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their workflows, build solutions using Agentium’s tooling (no coding required), and convert opportunities into pilots, LOIs, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Development & Partnerships: Build and leverage relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, and enterprise stakeholders. Identify and qualify opportunities within mid-to-large enterprises. Develop strategic entry points into target accounts.
• Customer Discovery & Workflow Mapping: Analyze and document customer workflows, bottlenecks, and decision processes. Translate business problems into structured, automatable workflows.
• Workflow Design (No-Code): Build and prototype agent-based workflows using Agentium tooling. Demonstrate how AI agents can automate operations, coordinate across systems, and improve decision-making.
• Product Feedback & Iteration: Act as a bridge between enterprise users and product/engineering teams. Deliver structured feedback on workflow gaps, feature requirements, and usability improvements.
• Commercial Execution: Drive deals from initial engagement to pilot to LOI to contract. Secure Letters of Intent (LOIs), pilot agreements, and enterprise contracts. Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise environments (procurement, legal, innovation teams).
• Market Intelligence & Positioning: Stay informed on enterprise AI adoption trends and consulting strategies. Position Agentium within broader AI transformation initiatives. Articulate clear business value propositions for different industries.
