About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for driving business development and expanding our footprint across the region. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas organizations, leveraging their network and expertise to drive growth in these sectors.
Working autonomously, the Sales Director will collaborate closely with the EMEA leadership to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives. This position will oversee the full sales cycle across Saudi Arabia and Middle East, serving as the primary point of contact while collaborating with a virtual portfolio team to engage, retain, enable, and expand Energy Exemplar’s customer base.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales across Saudi Arabia, targeting Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas organizations.
- Meet or exceed assigned financial sales targets and quarterly performance goals.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Partner closely with Sales and marketing to execute targeted sales campaigns, creating pipeline within both new prospects and existing accounts.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and networking across all stakeholder levels from end users to senior executives, using value-based selling to address customer pain points.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of regional market segments, regulatory environments, and key applications for Energy Exemplar solutions.
