Registered respiratory therapists to build the airway and ventilation scenarios frontier AI labs use to test model judgment.

AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring registered respiratory therapists as contractors to author and grade the airway and ventilation scenarios those evaluations run on.

What you'll actually do

• Author realistic respiratory care scenarios from assessment through intervention
• Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each setting change
• Grade model output for physiologic accuracy and patient safety
• Flag vent settings and airway advice that read right but would harm the patient

Who this is for

• RRT credential from the NBRC with an active, unencumbered state license
• 2+ years of acute care experience as a respiratory therapist
• Depth in ventilator management, blood gas interpretation, and airway care
• You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another RT to follow it

Contract and pay

• $60 to $90/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.
• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.
• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.
• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.
• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.
