• Prepare concise status reporting for internal leaders and, when appropriate, customers and channel partners.
• Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence so current plans, decisions, and ownership are accessible to the people doing the work.
Implementation Readiness and Operations Turnover
• Ensure all project workstreams, including requirements, analysis, technical development, testing, documentation, and implementation readiness, are appropriately planned, prioritized, and completed on time.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and confirm that agreed QA/QC activities, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and outstanding issues are understood before implementation.
• Coordinate the transition of completed projects to Delivery & Operations, ensuring required runbooks, known issues, outstanding items, and ownership are clearly documented.
• Facilitate project retrospectives and turn recurring lessons into practical improvements for future projects.
