Program Director, Enterprise Transformation (US)

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end program delivery across co-developed solution initiatives, building agility, rigor, and precision into execution
• Operationalize productized solutions: partner with cross-functional leads to translate co-developed offerings into repeatable, scalable delivery models
• Lead and mentor a matrixed team of program and project managers, producers, and delivery professionals
• Establish program governance, best practices, and standardized workflows across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Monitor program health across workstreams, identify risks, and drive course corrections with strategic and commercial partners
• Balance delivery excellence with fiscal responsibility, ensuring projects ship on time, on budget, and profitably

About You

• 8+ years of program or portfolio management experience in a services, consulting, or product-driven environment
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Strong operational and strategic mindset with ability to build scalable processes and frameworks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
• Experience with productized or co-developed service offerings is a plus
