<p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">The Primary Production Scheduler owns the master production schedule across pre-roll manufacturing and flower packaging, translating demand signals into executable daily and weekly plans. This role is the connective tissue between demand, inventory, materials, and production capacity, ensuring the right products are planned at the right time with the right resources in place. Equally important, the role leads the network of site-based Production Schedulers as a player-coach, building scheduler capability, standardizing how scheduling gets done across facilities, and driving continuous improvement of the scheduling function itself.</span></span></p>
