We've grown to more than 20 million users within just a few months of launch. We're building the infrastructure for a new era of interactive entertainment.
About the Role
Growth at Astrocade is not a single funnel - it is two sides of a platform that have to grow together. Creators need a reason to build here. Players need a reason to stay. As our product growth hire, you will help own the strategy, experimentation, and analytics foundation that helps both sides move, while developing a deep understanding of user behavior, motivations, and friction points across the ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, design, and engineering, turning insight into action for creators and players alike.
This is a hands-on IC role with a clear path to more ownership as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Own product growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion for both creators and players
- Identify the highest impact opportunities to move key metrics
