Nominee Director – Company Support
About the role
We are recruiting a Nominee Director to provide limited support with company formalities and compliance. This is a part-time, non-operational role with a very small time commitment. The initial setup may require 1–2 hours, followed by occasional requirements throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the company's appointed UK Nominee Director.
Sign relevant company and banking documents remotely.
Provide occasional assistance with corporate compliance matters.
Compensation:
£100 - £125 per month.
