What You'll Be Doing
- Develop new and maintain existing client relationships across crypto native hedge funds and prosumers
- Coordinate strategy and analysis for the segment and proactively drive market share by identifying opportunities within the region
- Channel client feedback to improve our franchise in terms of pricing and product development
- Meet face-to-face with existing and prospective clients, and host, organize and attend client events and conferences
- Help the Institutional business scale by collaborating with team members to build and optimize processes for sales, support and CRM
What We Look For
- 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in a crypto trading or custody environment, and/or a traditional institutional banking, asset management, exchange or brokerage environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of and existing relationships with a number of focus clients in the hedge fund segment with a strong understanding of prime-brokerage services
- Strong crypto knowledge
- Lives on the east coast
- Comfort dealing with numbers including the ability to do data analysis of large data sets or analyze models
- Ability to independently source and close high profile clients with an impressive sales track record
- Strong strategic thinking, articulate client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to distill complex information into an easily digestible form
