Capella’s culture is built on collaboration, rigorous engineering, and a shared commitment to delivering solutions that strengthen global stability and security. Team members work side-by-side with some of the most innovative minds in space systems, quantum-enabled technologies, and mission-critical operations.

Capella values curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to tackle hard problems with precision and creativity. Capella welcomes and encourages applicants whose perspectives are historically underrepresented in technology, national security, and aerospace. No prior space experience is required. Diverse viewpoints strengthen Capella’s ability to innovate and deliver meaningful impact for partners worldwide.

The Role

As the Manager of Business Systems at Capella, you will lead the strategy, optimization, and evolution of critical enterprise and manufacturing systems supporting a fast-growing aerospace technology organization. In this role, you will operate as both a Business Systems leader and Product Owner, driving initiatives focused on ERP platforms, enterprise integrations, operational workflows, and systems modernization across the organization.

You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and external vendors to improve how business systems and operational data interact across the enterprise. This role will support new systems implementations, integrations, workflow redesign initiatives, and future-state systems architecture efforts tied to the ongoing Console and data lake redesign.

The ideal candidate brings strong business process analysis capabilities, experience gathering and defining requirements, and the ability to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams to drive scalable operational solutions and improved systems interoperability.

This is a fully remote role with occasional travel requirements based on project and vendor needs.

  • Help model and optimize future-state business workflows and enterprise systems interoperability.
  • Translate operational and business requirements into actionable delivery plans and technical solutions.
  • Support enterprise systems modernization, Console redesign, and continuous process improvement.
