M0 Labs - Solutions Architect
About the role
M0 develops modular infrastructure that enables businesses to launch and manage their own branded stablecoins. Its platform separates issuance, compliance, liquidity, and distribution into configurable layers, allowing financial institutions and fintechs to customize how their stablecoins operate. Rather than acting as a single stablecoin issuer, M0 provides the underlying protocol that connects regulated issuers with applications and payment networks. The platform is designed for interoperability across multiple blockchains and supports programmable digital dollar products. M0 primarily serves enterprises building blockchain-based financial products and payment solutions.
Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical aspects of the sales process, from product evaluation through deal closure.
Understand customer architectures and demonstrate how M0's modular platform integrates with their technical and business requirements.
Act as the primary technical advisor for prospects, clearly communicating complex infrastructure concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product and Integrations Engineering teams to address technical questions, define implementation approaches, and support customer deployments.
Drive successful pre-sales engagements by providing technical guidance, resolving integration challenges, and ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Join sales calls as the technical lead—running product deep-dives, whiteboarding architectures, and fielding detailed questions from prospects' engineers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
Translate customer requirements into a clear picture of how M0's application, distribution, and issuance layers fit their stack, and translate M0's capabilities into the customer's language.
Own technical discovery, demos, and proofs-of-concept, and scope integration work with the customer to move deals toward close.
Exercise judgment on escalation—surfacing roadmap and product-fit questions to Product, and handing off implementation, scoping, and technical blockers to Integrations Engineering with clean, complete context.
Handle technical objections and security, compliance, and architecture questions, and lead responses to RFPs and RFIs.
Act as the feedback loop from the field to Product, bringing back patterns, gaps, and competitive signals that shape the roadmap.
