The Role
As an Institutional Account Manager, you'll join a dynamic team providing world-class service to Coinbase's most valued institutional clients. You'll be a subject matter expert for Coinbase's institutional suite of products, playing a crucial role in the success of the Sales, Trading and Prime organization.
Responsibilities
- Support some of Coinbase Institutional's highest priority clients and deliver excellent client experiences
- Partner with Senior Account Managers and Management to support large and complex relationships across client segments including asset managers, banks, corporates and more
- Understand complex, multi-product client workflows and strategies to ensure institutional clients are integrated appropriately and use the product suite efficiently, with a focus on Coinbase Prime
- Work closely with cross functional partners including Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance and Operations to onboard clients and ensure support across the full institutional product suite
- Provide best-in-class experience for clients through effective stakeholder management, prioritization and efficient execution
