Role Overview

As Head of People, you will serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership and a force multiplier for how leaders lead. You will report to one of the co-founder/co-CEOs and lead a small People team while improving on a strong foundation of existing systems and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle at EngagedMD—from hiring and onboarding through development, performance, engagement and retention
• Set people strategy while ensuring your team delivers high-quality and tangible results
• Partner closely with leaders to improve decision-making and strengthen leadership effectiveness
• Raise the talent bar and bring greater clarity and consistency to how people are led
• Operate at the center of the business with executional, strategic and relational rigor

Requirements

• Experienced, purpose-driven People & Culture leader
• Must reside in the United States with legal authorization to work
