What You’ll Do:
HubSpot Data Ownership & Accuracy
- Own data cleanliness and accuracy inside HubSpot across the entire sales pipeline
- Identify and fix incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent data
- Ensure all sales data reflects reality and can be trusted for decision-making
Workflow & Automation Execution
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows and automations
- Ensure lead routing, deal movement, and task assignments function correctly
- Reduce friction for Sales by simplifying and optimizing workflows
Sales Pipeline & Reporting Support
- Maintain and support the integrity of the deal pipeline (lead → calls → close)
- Ensure accurate tracking of sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Support and maintain integrations feeding into reporting systems (e.g., “Daily Dash”)
System Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Diagnose issues across HubSpot, integrations, and workflows
- Work cross-functionally with Sales team members to identify root causes
- Implement solutions quickly without waiting for direction
Process Documentation & Training
- Build and maintain clear, step-by-step process documentation (“point-and-click” SOPs)
