Goodway Group is an independent and remote-first media and marketing services firm with a 90+ year history. We are a data-driven and technology-enabled digital media and marketing services firm with teams in the U.S. and the UK.
Please Note: We are targeting individuals that live in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico for this role. We are not currently accepting candidates from the United States.
Who You Are
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will build and maintain the internal applications that power Goodway's products and workflows. You'll develop intuitive user experiences, scalable backend services, and APIs that enable our teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Working closely with Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science, you'll help deliver software that is reliable, maintainable, and built with the end user in mind.
What You Will Do
- Build modern web applications – Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS technologies.
- Develop backend services and APIs – Build scalable services and integrations that connect applications with internal platforms, data services, and third-party systems.
- Create great user experiences – Develop responsive interfaces and workflow tools that simplify complex business processes and data visualization.
- Collaborate across teams – Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to translate business requirements into thoughtful technical solutions.
- Write high-quality software – Develop clean, maintainable, well-tested code while participating in code reviews and following engineering best practices.
