About the Role
As a Technical Content Developer, you will design, build, and maintain engaging eLearning content for the BigID University platform. Collaborating with product, enablement, and engineering teams, you will turn complex technical concepts into high-quality videos, self-paced courses, and interactive labs.
We are looking for a self-motivated, intellectually curious creator who can leverage modern AI tools to accelerate production and drive global adoption of BigID’s technology.
What You’ll Do
- Content Creation: Design and produce new eLearning content, including videos, self-paced courses, exercise labs, and product demonstrations.
- Content Maintenance: Regularly audit and update the existing learning library to reflect the latest product changes and upgrades.
- Certification Management: Help maintain and evolve BigID University’s certification programs to ensure rigorous, high-quality evaluation.
- AI Optimization: Leverage generative AI tools to automate brainstorming, drafting, scripting, and course creation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all training materials meet established standards for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
