Design Engineer (Web & Brand)

Accountabilities:

• • Build complex, interactive UI experiences across web and application environments.
  • Develop polished, responsive websites, landing pages, and internal tools that combine strong visual design with high-quality engineering.
  • Create creative animations, transitions, interactions, and other dynamic experiences directly in code.
  • Explore and develop visual concepts in Figma before translating them into web-native experiences.
  • Contribute to creative initiatives spanning web, brand, product storytelling, and digital experiences.
  • Translate creative ideas and prototypes into reliable, production-quality implementations.
  • Use modern AI and agentic coding tools throughout the design process, from early exploration and experimentation through production implementation.
  • Help maintain a high standard of visual quality, interaction design, craftsmanship, and technical execution across creative projects.

  Requirements:

  • Strong visual design sensibility and a well-developed eye for composition, typography, interaction, and overall digital aesthetics.
  • Strong frontend engineering skills with the ability to build polished, interactive web experiences.
  • Proven experience creating end-to-end websites and landing pages.
  • Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Experience using agentic coding tools as part of the design and development process, from exploring concepts to producing production-quality interactions.
  • Ability to work comfortably across design and engineering, translating visual concepts into functional web experiences.
  • Portfolio or professional profile demonstrating a broad range of technical capabilities, creative use of code, interaction design, and prototyping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently take ownership of ambiguous creative and technical challenges.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to balance creative experimentation with reliable, maintainable implementation.
