About Us
Digital Business Alliance (DBA) is a community of over 200 founders and leaders of technology companies in Poland, who together create a space for exchanging experiences, cooperation, and mutual support. We organize events in the largest cities, connect people around the ideas of development and technology, and help companies scale through partnerships and knowledge sharing. Our goal is to build a strong network of entrepreneurs who together shape the future of the Polish technology industry.
Role
We are looking for a person who will lead and develop the DBA community – take care of communication, relationships between members, activity in channels, and support local chapters (Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Lodz, Gdynia). This role is for someone who combines strategic thinking about community development with everyday operational effectiveness – who can plan but also act.
