About the role and what you'll be doing:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with Ensono’s healthcare industry enterprise clients. In this role, you will manage senior-level client relationships, leverage cross-functional resources to address client needs, and ensure strong execution throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to identifying client challenges and aligning Ensono’s capabilities to deliver measurable business value. You must operate with agility, balancing proven sales execution with innovative approaches in a dynamic market, and you must have proven experience utilizing these skills to partner with healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and drive strong client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation on the alignment of client business needs to Ensono and partner products and services.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in client organizations; grow revenue and drive new opportunities across Ensono’s end-to-end portfolio.
- Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals. Monitor sales trends and market dynamics, incorporating insights into account planning and execution.
- Partner in a cross-functional model with Enterprise Architecture Teams, Client Success Managers, and Operational & Delivery teams to represent Ensono and ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate information effectively to diverse internal and external audiences, translating business and technology value clearly.
- Serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients and contribute to their tactical and strategic planning efforts.
- Challenge assumptions and existing approaches to drive improved results and innovative solutions.
- Support the development and mentorship of sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience, including accountability for enterprise client relationships, specifically in the healthcare vertical.
- Demonstrable experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed service solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
- Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
- Experience supporting clients with multiple lines of business.
