Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Transformation Program Manager for our Technology team. This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in Long Island, NY and/or the FreedomCare hub closest to you.
Role Summary
The Business Transformation Program Manager is a multi-faceted role that combines process improvement with program management. Working closely with our business leaders in support of the VP of Business Optimization, this position will identify and implement operational enhancements, and system transformations to maximize revenue, customer experience and employee value.
