About the Role
CTG is seeking a smart, motivated, and resourceful Associate Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will support full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions across government contracts, proposals, and new program efforts. The ideal candidate has experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about identifying top talent, supporting company growth, and helping individuals build fulfilling careers.

You Will Get To
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards (LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs), networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
- Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand role requirements, timelines, and advise on the best hiring strategy
- Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements.
- Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics via our Applicant Tracking System
- Support CTG’s recruiting-focused employer branding efforts, including social media and outreach campaigns, to attract top talent.
