The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Assistant Controller/Senior Accounting Manager to join our Global GL Operations Accounting team and play a key role in our continued growth and achievement of operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis for global accounting processes, including Operating Expenses, Capitalized Software, and Operating Cash
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Source-To-Pay teams to ensure proper accounting and financial reporting
• Support financial statement preparation and review for the global consolidated audit and international subsidiary statutory financial statements
• Manage and review work deliverables of junior accounting team members, fostering professional development
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting systems, processes, and controls to ensure accounting and reporting accuracy and efficiencies
• Lead or participate in critical financial infrastructure projects such as vendor transitions and system integration

Strong accounting, operational and managerial expertise with an ability to communicate and work with various teams inside Finance including Tax, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Payroll and Accounts Payable. A desire to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic, high-growth technology company.
