The Role

The Accounting Manager, Prime Financing will report to the Assistant Controller, Prime Brokerage and Digital Assets. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic, high-growth technology company by building processes and controls from the ground up and leading a team through the monthly financial close and quarterly/annual reporting process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review monthly financing accounting entries and reconciliations
• Lead the development of scalable and automated financial processes and controls, including drafting of standard operating procedures
• Stay current on SEC regulations and lending practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting insights and recommendations
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Oversee platform and brokerage accounting activities and assist in the design and implementation of new controls and processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of scalable accounting processes

Requirements

• CPA required
• 9+ years of progressive accounting experience
