What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven Account Executive to join our fast-paced, high-performing team of sales professionals looking to rise through the ranks as we continue to build upon a winning culture within the AXP space. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers and set the tone for future client experiences. You will be critical and drive business growth by identifying, building, and nurturing new customer relationships. Your consultative sales and relationship-building expertise will be essential to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Our ideal candidate is hard-working and highly motivated to execute the sales plan. You think outside of the traditional cadence and social selling realm. You value cold calling and personalized email outreach and can leverage buyer personas within accounts. Above all, you are passionate about innovating in the AXP space, delivering the best possible customer experience. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your territory to achieve revenue targets and expand our mid-market customer base
- Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
- Work closely with the Business Development Representative to find and develop new opportunities
- Leverage Contentstack Partners to discover and run co-sell opportunities
- Qualify and drive opportunities using MEDDPICC
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Work closely with sales-engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling proposals that address customers’ needs
- Stay ahead on market trends
