Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (6-Month Temporary Role)

We’re Looking For An:
Golden Pet Brands is seeking a bilingual, energetic, collaborative, and results-driven team player to join our Talent Acquisition Team on a 6-month temporary basis. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruiting needs of two pet food manufacturing plants, helping us identify and attract quality talent for both hourly and salaried positions within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal individual will be a quick learner who understands the unique demands of a manufacturing workforce and is able to develop robust candidate pipelines and engaged talent communities that align with our most critical talent needs. As the Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will maintain a deep understanding of Golden Pet Brand's culture, values, products, and unique search requirements, helping us build high-achieving and diverse teams across both facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support full-cycle recruiting for two pet food manufacturing facilities, developing a deep understanding of each plant’s workforce needs, culture, staffing priorities, and high-volume hiring demands.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide recruiting updates, share market insights, and support informed hiring decisions.
- Build trusted relationships across plant leadership, HR, and operations teams to deliver an efficient and effective hiring process.
- Source, engage, and activate candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and a high level of professionalism.
- Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through start date.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Leverage bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills to effectively engage candidates and support hiring efforts within the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, staffing, customer service, hospitality, sales, marketing, or another fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated follow-through and accountability in managing recruitment processes.
