Workday Payroll Consultant (Canadian Payroll)

What is the role about?

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant with a strong background in US/Canadian Payroll configuration and support. You will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Workday Payroll solutions for our clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor—guiding clients through best practices, helping them enhance their existing configurations, and ensuring smooth, compliant payroll operations across their Workday landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support of Workday Payroll solutions, with a focus on US/Canadian Payroll.
• Partner with client Payroll leads to analyze, enhance, and expand existing Payroll configurations and business processes.
• Manage functional adjustments and configuration updates while evaluating downstream impacts across modules.
• Support clients in troubleshooting payroll issues and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal and client teams across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to ensure seamless integrations and accurate processing.
• Prioritize and respond to client cases, maintaining a high level of service delivery.
