About the role
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, and custom integration frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, testing, and production environments, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and validate integration logic, data flows, and expected outcomes.
- Support data loads, mass updates, and integration-related activities while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Monitor integration performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Apply appropriate data mapping and transformation techniques across Workday and connected systems.
- Support integration architecture activities and provide technical guidance and advisory support when required.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation covering integration design, configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Ensure integration solutions follow established security, development, and implementation best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and ongoing support.
- Workday Integration certification is required.
- At least 5 years of professional experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, and custom integration development.
- Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, integration architecture, and data security.
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues across multiple environments and resolving complex technical problems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams and translate business requirements into practical integration solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to diagnosing issues and improving integration performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to work according to Pacific Time Zone business hours.
- Professional experience supporting global or distributed teams is an advantage.
- 100% remote position based in Brazil.
