About the Role

WordPress Advanced Support Guides support GoDaddy's hosting and WordPress customers on multiple channels, primarily via chat. You will be the first point of contact and provide professional consultation to customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on multiple channels, primarily via chat
• Provide professional consultation and support to hosting and WordPress customers
• Answer questions about GoDaddy products and services
• Provide consultations regarding new purchases
• Respond to and provide information about new product and service offerings
• Assist with contract extension options

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position. You will work remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.
