Werkstudent Finance & Controlling (m/w/d), 10h/Woche, 100% Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a working student who is passionate about numbers and wants to take on real responsibility from day one. This is not a position for someone looking for easy side income—we need someone who wants to gain practical experience in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire finance function independently with access to all financial data
• Maintain P&L statements, ensure accurate tracking of budget vs. actual, and identify variances early
• Build and maintain cash flow planning to predict financial constraints
• Prepare monthly reports for owners and advisory board members
• Handle monthly accounting preparation in DATEV and collaborate with our tax advisor
• Provide financial analysis for product launches, marketing investments, and scaling decisions

Requirements

• Strong interest in working with numbers and data
• Attention to detail and ability to build structured spreadsheets
• Familiarity with accounting tools like DATEV
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Willingness to go beyond expectations and deliver quality work
