Website Optimization Specialist
About the role
Job Description
The Site Experience team is looking for a Website Optimization Specialist to help shape and drive the strategy behind constantcontact.com — partnering with Creative, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver website experiences that convert.
In this role, you'll be a key voice in how we think about our website: defining how pages should perform, identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey, and translating insights into action. With millions of visitors each month, you'll use data, testing, and UX best practices to influence decisions that directly impact new customer acquisition.
You'll work in a highly collaborative environment — acting as a strategic connector between stakeholders, designers, developers, and our CMS platform, Contentful. CMS experience is helpful, but what matters most is your ability to think critically about web strategy and drive alignment across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead web strategy conversations, helping stakeholders prioritize and shape website initiatives that support acquisition and engagement goals.
- Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to translate ideas into clear, high-quality website experiences.
- Define and maintain standards for site consistency, including look, feel, and user experience across constantcontact.com.
- Monitor key website metrics and user behavior through tools such as Google Analytics, Mouseflow, and Tableau, turning data into strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the content delivery process, including QA, publishing, and management within Contentful, ensuring flawless execution against strategy.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or web, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically about digital experiences.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional conversations and influencing across designers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience (or strong interest) in tools like Google Analytics, Mouseflow, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Contentful) or project management tools (ClickUp) is a plus — we'll support the right candidate with training.
- Strong instincts, attention to detail, and the drive to turn strategy into high-quality execution.
Why You’ll Love Us
- We celebrate one another’s differences. We are proud of our culture of diversity and inclusion, and we're always working hard to strengthen and improve this culture. We have programs in place that bring us together and support our growth.
