About the role

Accountabilities

    • Own the website portfolio end to end, including the roadmap, quality standards, technical setup, integrations, performance, accessibility, and reliability.
    • Manage multiple websites and localized language versions, ensuring consistency, maintainability, and effective use of shared templates and components.
    • Lead, manage, and develop the in-house web team, setting priorities, coordinating sprint planning, conducting weekly reviews, and managing capacity.
    • Establish clear delivery and release processes that enable the team to ship changes quickly while maintaining website stability and quality.
    • Manage external contractors and agencies, including budgets, timelines, deliverables, and competing stakeholder priorities.
    • Identify and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and tools that improve team efficiency and accelerate website development and operations.
    • Drive conversion rate optimization across websites by analyzing user behavior, identifying friction points, running A/B tests, and implementing successful improvements.
    • Translate business, brand, and marketing strategies into website structures, messaging, user journeys, and technical requirements.
    • Collaborate with marketing, content, design, SEO, PR, and country teams to scope requirements and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.
    • Maintain high standards across website UX, technical performance, accessibility, security, mobile optimization, and SEO.
    • Monitor website analytics, attribution, and performance to inform priorities and demonstrate business impact.
    • Ensure website initiatives contribute meaningfully to demand generation, trials, leads, pipeline, and revenue.
    • Requirements

      • 5+ years of experience working on high-traffic marketing websites, including at least 2 years in a leadership position; B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
      • Experience managing multiple websites, markets, or localized versions within a complex digital environment.
      • Hands-on understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to read code, troubleshoot lightweight JavaScript issues, and contribute directly alongside the team.
      • Proven experience managing website delivery, including sprint planning, prioritization, release processes, and work delivered through contractors or agencies.
      • Strong WordPress expertise, including knowledge of multisite environments, CMS architecture, integrations, performance optimization, and development workflows.
      • Practical experience incorporating AI into daily workflows, with familiarity using tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and building meaningful automations through platforms such as n8n, Make, or similar solutions.
      • Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing, including designing or running experiments and acting on the results.
      • Strong knowledge of web analytics, tracking, attribution, and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, or comparable platforms.
      • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, accessibility, mobile optimization, website security, and broader web fundamentals.
      • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how websites contribute to demand generation, trials, leads, pipeline, and revenue.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an async-first, globally distributed environment.
      • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or above.
      • A technical background or experience managing technical project teams is a plus.
      • Experience with headless CMS platforms or modern frontend frameworks alongside WordPress is an advantage.
      • Experience with HubSpot is an additional plus.
