Web Producer
About the role
The Smartsheet Digital Marketing team is looking for a Web Producer who will help drive the workflow and execution of web experiences across our digital touchpoints.
This full-time position reports to the Senior Digital Experience Manager and can be located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.
You Will:
- Drive engagement on Smartsheet’s online web properties by executing content strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to create and publish web pages, supporting both ongoing updates and larger projects
- Help coordinate and manage optimization efforts for our Digital Experience Optimization (DXO) program from concept to launch
- General coordination of Optimizely A/B testing and personalization experiments
- Own the publishing of web pages through our CMS system (Drupal)
- Work with our Marketing Analytics lead to pull data and build insightful Analytics Reports (reporting on Website user metrics, traffic, bounce rate etc..) to measure and guide our Web efforts
You Have:
- 3-5 years Web production and CMS publishing experience (preferably Drupal)
- Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners representing brand
- Understand strategic, creative, and technically minded personas of website audience and customer journey
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Working experience of brand website content and operations
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus, but not required
- General knowledge of image and asset creation and optimization for the web
- Agility to quickly adjust priorities and shift direction
- Flexibility to contribute to other projects as business needs require
- Some Website A/B testing knowledge
- Website publishing and content management experience (preferably Drupal)
- Curiosity for all aspects of Digital Marketing and product offering
- 1-2 years SEO experience
- 2-3 years experience working in Google Analytics
- Experience building Web Insight reports
- Experience building chatbot experiences
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.
