Independent Medicare advisors play a crucial role in guiding seniors through this complexity, but their effectiveness has been hamstrung by broken tools and outdated systems. Spark is fixing that.
The Role
We're hiring a VP, Product to own our product strategy and lead its execution. You will report directly to the CEO and join our leadership team, responsible for ensuring that every product and technology decision drives impact for our users.
This is a player-coach role in a fast-moving environment where you'll shape how Spark continues to define the future of Medicare distribution.
