Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a VP of People Operations to lead and evolve our People strategy. This role is pivotal in scaling our global teams, shaping culture, and ensuring we attract, retain, and grow world-class talent. You’ll work hand-in-hand with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business goals, driving organizational excellence in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
- Lead & Develop: Manage the People department, mentoring HR professionals and elevating their impact.
- Talent Strategy: Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies that secure top global talent.
- Performance & Engagement: Build and optimize performance management programs to maximize engagement and productivity.
- Learning & Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to implement programs that support continuous growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee programs to ensure competitive, equitable offerings across regions.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Partner with leadership to strengthen D&I initiatives that drive innovation and belonging.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to global employment laws and HR best practices.
- Change Management: Provide guidance on organizational design and transformations.
